Yes, a prescription for PT, OT, or ST is required to start therapy. Our office handles all the behind-the-scenes work to request the prescription for your convenience.

No, we provide outpatient therapy at home under Medicare Part B, which does not require homebound status. This allows us to address important areas at home, regardless of your employment status or ability to leave home. We can also visit assisted living facilities.

No, many qualify for Medicare Part B services without hospitalization or a fall. Our office coordinators or clinical specialists can discuss your specific needs and guide you on your best options with Dynamic.

We cover the Philadelphia suburban area, including most of Delaware, Montgomery, and Chester counties. Contact us to see if we serve your area as our service area continues to grow. Please note our therapists reserve the right to deny service if the home is deemed unsafe.

Yes, we are in-network with Medicare B and accept other commercial insurances as out-of-network providers. Our billing specialist will verify any out-of-network plans for coverage of our specialized services and offer different payment options for your convenience.

Our billing specialist will verify all copay information prior to services to ensure there are no surprise fees. If you have Medicare Part B as your primary insurance, most secondary plans will cover the 20% not covered by Medicare. If you do not have a secondary policy, then there is a 20% patient responsibility.

Wellness programs are not covered by medical insurance. Some 1:1 in-home wellness sessions may be reimbursable by long-term care policies depending on your plan. Your clinician can guide you.

Dynamic Home Therapy and NeuroFit provide 1:1 rehabilitation, wellness, and group programs primarily for individuals with neurological diagnoses. We also serve those with orthopedic conditions such as chronic pain, pre or post-surgery therapy, or arthritis. For our neurological and geriatric patients, we offer balance and fall prevention, pain and condition management, strength and endurance training, and speech therapy.

Absolutely! Our staff will complete an initial intake to determine if there are rehabilitation goals prior to starting a wellness program.
