Dynamic is a premier Rock Steady Boxing affiliate in the greater Main Line region, offering classes both in-office and in a number of off-site locations. This gives you, the athlete, the freedom to choose what is most convenient.

In each class, we work through the classic skills of a boxing workout. This includes footwork, agility, muscular endurance and more that a true boxer would use in the ring.

Class Types:

High Intensity Interval Training 1 (HIIT 1)

These exercise classes are high intensity standing level classes that have quicker transition times between exercises/stations. Ideal for participants looking to get a great high energy workout! Participants must be independent with mobility, including walking and getting up from the floor independently without an assistive device.

High Intensity Interval Training 2 (HIIT 2)

These classes are high intensity standing level classes for those who may need more time between transitions and may need to modify exercises due to orthopedic conditions, fatigue, minor shuffling of gait, and/or pain. Participants must be independent with mobility, without an assistive device, and be able to get up/down from the floor with support.

FIGHT

These classes can be performed seated or standing.

These classes are ideal for participants who have orthopedic conditions, use assistive devices to walk, may need a wheelchair, increased freezing of gait, fall risk, increased time for following stations, or who require increased rest breaks due to fatigue, blood pressure issues, pain, cognition, or deconditioning. There are longer time periods between exercises, and a care partner AKA corner person may be required for support.
